Its been years since google email with ajax technology been launched. But I still wonder why until now its still on beta version. What is google purposes actually? Is it because of marketing strategies or what?
Why gmail still in beta version?
it's a beta because it's not 100% perfect. 95% perfect is not good enough for them.
Yahoo, unfortunately believes it can inflict a beta on us that has many many bugs, and keeps their code in beta when many people would barely consider it ALPHA test quality.
I'd rather run a beta that works than a released product that does not! Gmail works!
Reply:Yeah, it's still beta and it's got millions of users and no invites are even needed anymore, it's a bit ridiculous, ur right.
Reply:Probably because they don't want to offer it to the entire planet. By keeping in beta version they limit the use until they come up with a way to make it pay.
Reply:Bcoz still in experimental phase still there are many buggs in gmail. So let google clear them. Dont wory nothing will happen to your emails and chats
